📢ขอความร่วมมือท่านผู้ปกครองทุกท่าน "งดการจอดรถบริเวณถนนหน้าโรงเรียนโดยเด็ดขาด" 📢เรียน ท่านผู้ปกครองนักเรียนทุกท่าน ทางโรงเรียนภัทรวิทยาขอขอบพระคุณท่านผู้ปกครองทุกท่านที่ให้การสนับสนุนและมอบความไว้วางใจในการดูแลบุตรหลานของท่านด้วยดีเสมอมา ด้วยในปัจจุบัน ปริมาณการจราจรบริเวณหน้าโรงเรียนในช่วงเวลารับ-ส่งนักเรียน (เวลา 15.00 – 17.00 น.) มีความหนาแน่นเป็นอย่างมาก การจอดรถยนต์ส่วนบุคคลบริเวณหน้าประตูและริมถนนหน้าโรงเรียน ได้ส่งผลกระทบต่อความคล่องตัวของการจราจร และที่สำคัญที่สุดคือ อาจก่อให้เกิดความไม่ปลอดภัยต่อสวัสดิภาพของนักเรียน เพื่อให้การบริหารจัดการจราจรเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและเกิดความปลอดภัยสูงสุด ทางโรงเรียนจึงใคร่ขอความอนุเคราะห์จากท่านผู้ปกครอง งดการจอดรถบริเวณถนนหน้าโรงเรียนโดยเด็ดขาด โดยทางโรงเรียนมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักในการขอความร่วมมือดังนี้: 📍1. เพื่อความปลอดภัยสูงสุดของนักเรียน (Student Safety First) การจอดรถซ้อนคันหรือจอดเรียงกันบริเวณหน้าโรงเรียน ทำให้เกิด "จุดบอด" หรือมุมอับสายตา ซึ่งบดบังทัศนวิสัยของทั้งผู้ขับขี่ท่านอื่นและนักเรียนที่กำลังเดินข้ามถนนหรือเดินเท้าเข้า-ออกโรงเรียน การลดจำนวนรถที่จอดแช่จะช่วยลดความเสี่ยงในการเกิดอุบัติเหตุเฉี่ยวชนได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ 📍2. เพื่อเปิดทางสำหรับเหตุฉุกเฉิน (Emergency Access) บริเวณหน้าประตูโรงเรียนจำเป็นต้องเปิดโล่งอยู่เสมอ เพื่อให้รถพยาบาล รถดับเพลิง หรือรถกู้ชีพ สามารถเข้าถึงพื้นที่และปฏิบัติหน้าที่ได้ทันทีหากเกิดเหตุการณ์ไม่คาดฝัน การมีรถจอดกีดขวางอาจทำให้การช่วยเหลือล่าช้าซึ่งส่งผลต่อชีวิตและทรัพย์สิน 📍3. เพื่อบรรเทาปัญหาจราจรให้ชุมชนโดยรอบ (Traffic Flow Management) การจอดรถรอรับ-ส่งเป็นเวลานาน ทำให้เกิดท้ายแถวสะสมและสร้างความเดือดร้อนแก่ผู้สัญจรในเส้นทางสาธารณะร่วมกัน การปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมมาใช้ระบบ "จุดรับ-ส่ง (Drop & Go)" จอดรถเพียงชั่วครู่เพื่อให้บุตรหลานขึ้น-ลง จะช่วยให้การจราจรลื่นไหลและประหยัดเวลาของท่านผู้ปกครองทุกท่าน 📍4. เพื่อเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีด้านวินัยจราจร (Role Modeling) การปฏิบัติตามกฎจราจรและเคารพกฎกติกาของส่วนรวม ถือเป็นการปลูกฝังจิตสำนึกและวินัยที่ดีให้กับนักเรียนผ่านการกระทำ ซึ่งเป็นรากฐานสำคัญในการเติบโตเป็นพลเมืองที่มีคุณภาพของสังคม แนวทางปฏิบัติที่ทางโรงเรียนขอความร่วมมือ: ✅•กรณีขับรถมาส่งและรับกลับ: ขอความกรุณาใช้จุดรับ-ส่ง (Drop-off Zone) ที่โรงเรียนจัดเตรียมไว้ ให้บุตรหลานเตรียมกระเป๋าและสัมภาระให้พร้อมก่อนถึงจุดลงรถ เพื่อความรวดเร็ว (ใช้เวลาไม่เกิน 1-2 นาทีต่อคัน) ✅•กรณีจำเป็นต้องลงจากรถมาส่งบุตรหลาน: ขอความกรุณานำรถไปจอดในบริเวณพื้นที่จอดรถที่ทางโรงเรียนหรือชุมชนจัดสรรไว้ให้ ทางโรงเรียนตระหนักดีว่าข้อปฏิบัตินี้อาจสร้างความไม่สะดวกสบายให้กับท่านผู้ปกครองในระยะแรก แต่ด้วยความห่วงใยในสวัสดิภาพของบุตรหลานของท่านทุกคน ทางโรงเรียนจึงหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าจะได้รับความร่วมมือจากท่านเช่นที่ผ่านมา🙏🏻 #โรงเรียนภัทรวิทยาพื้นที่การเรียนรู้สู่ความยั่งยืน 📢 Traffic and Safety Announcement Dear Parents and Guardians, Pataravitaya School would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued support and the trust you place in us to care for your children. Currently, the volume of traffic in front of the school during pick-up and drop-off times (3:00 PM – 5:00 PM) has become exceptionally heavy. Parking personal vehicles directly in front of the school gates and along the roadside has significantly obstructed traffic flow and, most importantly, poses a serious safety risk to our students. To ensure efficient traffic management and the highest level of safety, the school kindly requests all parents to strictly refrain from parking along the road in front of the school. Our primary objectives for this cooperation are as follows: 📍1. Student Safety First Parking or double-parking in front of the school creates critical "blind spots." These block the vision of both oncoming drivers and students who are crossing the street or walking into the campus. Eliminating stationary vehicles will significantly reduce the risk of accidents. 📍2. Emergency Access The area directly in front of the school gates must remain clear at all times. This ensures that ambulances, fire trucks, or emergency vehicles can access the campus immediately in the event of an unforeseen situation. Obstructing this pathway could delay critical assistance, impacting lives and safety. 📍3. Traffic Flow Management Parking and waiting for long periods causes severe traffic congestion, impacting the surrounding community and public commuters. Transitioning to a "Drop & Go" practice—where vehicles stop only briefly for students to exit or enter—will keep traffic moving smoothly and save valuable time for all parents. 📍4. Role Modeling Adhering to traffic regulations and respecting public rules serves as a practical lesson in discipline and social responsibility for our students. This sets a vital foundation for them to grow into quality citizens. 🚗 Requested Guidelines for Parents: For Drop-off and Pick-up: Please utilize the designated "Drop-off Zone" provided by the school. Please ensure your children have their school bags and belongings ready before reaching the zone to facilitate a quick transition (taking no more than 1–2 minutes per vehicle). If you must leave your vehicle: Please park only in the designated parking areas provided by the school or the community. The school fully understands that these measures may cause some initial inconvenience. However, out of our deep concern for the ultimate safety and well-being of all your children, we sincerely hope for your kind cooperation as always.
