กิจกรรม “อาหารท้องถิ่นสร้างอาชีพ: กระบองจ่อ”
โรงเรียนภัทรวิทยา โดยกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้การงานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยี ได้จัดกิจกรรม “อาหารท้องถิ่นสร้างอาชีพ: กระบองจ่อ” เมื่อวันที่ 17 ตุลาคม 2568 ได้รับเกียรติจาก คุณนันทมน ทาลำปาง ปราชญ์ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น มาถ่ายทอดความรู้และประสบการณ์การทำ "กระบองจ่อ" แก่ครูและนักเรียน วัตถุประสงค์หลัก คือ การส่งเสริม ทักษะอาชีพ และ สืบสานภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น โดยเน้นใช้ วัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นเป็นฐาน ในการเรียนรู้ กิจกรรมนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการขับเคลื่อน “ชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียน” (SLC) ที่เชื่อมโยงกับกระบวนการ PLC โดยครูและบุคลากรได้ร่วมพัฒนานวัตกรรมการเรียนรู้ภายใต้ หลักสูตรพหุวัฒนธรรม เพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้เรียน และ เสริมสร้างทักษะวิชาชีพ ที่ต่อยอดได้จริง สร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ยั่งยืน ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชน
Pataravitaya School, organized the practical activity "Local Food for Career Creation: Krabong Jor" on October 17, 2025, led by the Occupational and Technology Learning Group.The school was honored to host Khun Nanthamon Thalamphang, a Local Wisdom Master, who shared her knowledge and experience in making the local dish, "Krabong Jor," with teachers and students. The core objectives of the activity were to promote occupational skills and preserve local wisdom by emphasizing local culture as the foundation for learning.This initiative is an integral part of driving the School as Learning Community (SLC), which is closely linked to the Professional Learning Community (PLC) process. Through this approach, teachers and staff collaborate to develop learning innovations under a multicultural curriculum designed to: Develop student potential and enhance practical vocational skills.Build sustainable relationships between the school and the local community.
